I'm suspicious that the post was actually from a spambot or spam software, hence the standard wording (even though the email address looks potentially real?). The software has found it can post prepared text, but by now it may have discovered it can't post live links - making most spam posts useless.

If the original post was from a real person, I invite that person to post something less generic, then I'll owe them an apology. No apology to XRumer! Go on, spambots, let's see you get wet... what's that fizzing sound? ;)
